Therapeutic Relaxation Massage
60 minutes • $120
One hour of hands-on time is the minimum recommendation for excellent benefit from a session.
90 minutes • $150
An hour and a half of hands-on time is recommended for maximum benefit of a single session.
I offer a relaxing, restorative massage that reaches deep but doesn’t hurt. It usually integrates a wide-range of modalities including but not limited to Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, trigger point therapy, deep tissue technique, and muscle energy technique.
