One hour of hands-on time is the minimum recommendation for excellent benefit from a session.
90 minutes • $150
An hour and a half of hands-on time is recommended for maximum benefit of a single session.
I offer a relaxing, restorative massage that reaches deep but doesn’t hurt. It usually integrates a wide-range of modalities including but not limited to Myofascial Release, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, trigger point therapy, deep tissue technique, and muscle energy technique.
Outcall Massage Therapy

Get professional care in your own home! It only takes a few minutes to set up my massage table in approximately 8’x10’ floorspace. I step out of the room while you undress to your comfort level and get under the sheets.
