Cancellation & Scheduling

24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the session cost. This is a solo practice — a late cancellation leaves a slot that can't be filled. To make changes, text 314-312-1349.

Before Your Session

Do not smoke cigarettes before your appointment. Skip heavy cologne or perfume — strong fragrances get absorbed into my skin, affecting me and every client for the rest of the day. Hold off on a full meal within an hour of your session. Please avoid alcohol before your appointment.

Health History & Confidentiality

Before your first appointment, you'll complete a confidential health history form. Update it once a year or after any significant health change — injury, surgery, new diagnosis. Your information is kept confidential and only released with your consent or as required by law. In order to give you the best care, I may discuss relevant details with other healthcare providers.

Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to decline or end any session I determine to be unsafe or unreasonable — including contraindicated skin conditions, intoxication, poor hygiene, or professional disagreement with a requested technique. The applicable session rate still applies.

Zero Tolerance for Sexual Misconduct

Any inappropriate behavior, suggestive language, or sexual solicitation of any kind will end the session immediately. You will be charged the full session rate, asked to leave, and reported to authorities. I will share identifying information with other massage therapists in the St. Louis area. Zero tolerance. Respect massage therapists. Respect our profession.
