Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide a 24-hour notice for a cancellation or reschedule. Meeting this condition will allow for a full refund in most cases. Appointment changes within 24-hours of the start time will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% service cost. I appreciate your respect for my professional time.
Privacy Policy
Before your first appointment, you will be need to fill out a confidential health history form. This form should be fully updated once a year or any time there are significant changes to your health history (ex. injury, surgery, neglect). The information in your file can be released with your consent or as required by law. In order to best serve you, I may discuss your records with other healthcare providers.
Right to Refuse Service
I have the discretion to refuse completion of work for any reason I deem as reasonable. These include, but are not limited to; soliciting or implying sexual/romantic advances, professional disagreement with a client’s requests, poor bodily hygiene, unfitting environment, transmissible skin pathologies, or alcohol intoxication of any degree. Please do not smoke cigarettes or wear strong colognes/perfumes before the appointment and be mindful of strong-odor foods you eat. It’s best not to eat full meals at least an hour before your appointment anyways.
Zero Tolerance For Suggestiveness
For inappropriate behavior or solicitations of any kind the service will be ended immediately. I will charge for 100% of the service rate. I will ask the offender to leave immediately. Authorities will be notified. I will share as much information about the identity of predators to as many bodyworkers in Saint Louis as I can. Zero tolerance. Respect massage therapists. Respect our profession.
