This Work is Sacred To Me

My story

I became a massage therapist 7 years ago because my own body broke down.

After years of chronic stress and a passionless desk job, I found myself in the hospital more than once not knowing what was going wrong. I wasn't listening to what my body was trying to tell me. I didn't know how. Learning to slow down, tune in, and take care of myself changed everything about how I show up in the world.

That journey led me to The Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, where I discovered that bodywork isn't just physical. I want to help you find the path you need to take to get your mind and body working together towards peace and harmony.

I've been working with clients in the Central West End for 5 years, and this is genuinely the most fulfilling work I've ever done.

What you'll notice in a session with me

  • I work slow. Slow is how myofascial release actually works.

  • I don't aim to hurt you and call it "deep tissue." The firm work I do reaches deep for genuine change.

  • You’re booking hands-on time with me. I actually work on you for the time you paid for, not using the 10 minutes of your session to talk and change the sheets.

  • I listen to what you tell me and what your body tells me. You are also implored to communicate as much as you see fit to find the right pressure or change where I am working.

  • Every session starts and ends with a short debrief — I'll tell you what I noticed and give you practical tools to maintain your results between appointments.

  • Breathing guidance is built into the session. It matters more than most people realize.
